Mission Statement

Down payment grants have been available to home buyers for many years.  It used to be that home buyers had access to these grants only if they worked with a mortgage broker that was aware of the program and had access to a non-profit organization that had the resources to fund the grant for the down payment.

Many home buyers didn’t know about these grant funds or if they did know they didn’t know how to qualify or how to apply for the grant.  These potential homebuyers were forced to rent because they didn’t have the money for a down payment.  The longer they waited to save, the more properties went up in value.  It was thought of as a losing battle.

Today, WAHomeGrants.com provides access to these grants via the internet.  Our sole mission is to provide every home buyer and every renter the chance to own a home by providing them with a down payment grant.  We encourage all real estate agents to offer our web site to their homebuyers and to educate home sellers about the program and help every American achieve the goal of home ownership!
