 "I moved from Wyoming to the Seattle area less then a year ago and found if I was ever going to buy a home in the Puget Sound area I was going to have to find a 100% loan program. After researching the different programs I found that the interest rates and cast of mortgage insurance was out of my reach. The loan program used from the grant program was awesome! Excellent rates on a 30 year fixed and half the cost for mortgage insurance on a conventional program. I can't rave enough about the grant program and New Millennium Mortgage who put it all together.
